Ex-Boyfriend Material is a candid, funny, and sometimes painfully honest podcast where ex boyfriends Sean Tadlock and Jahred Michael discuss what's been EXciting them and EXhausting them lately. Occasionally they revisit the highs, lows, and WTFs of their relationship from college. Each episode unpacks a chapter of their shared history—cringe and all—while exploring what they’ve learned (or are still learning) about love, friendship, and personal growth.
